A New Year - what does it actually mean?

As I reflect on the New Year that is being brought in, I see such goodness. A new year to serve the Lord in new ways! A new year to learn, grow, be challenged and love others. All possible through Jesus! Although I find hope in these things, I am aware of the worldliness in other things I see around me that produce false living. It saddens my heart watching TV on New years and them recapping the year of all the celebrities that had a bad year or good year. There is so much more to life than this friends. Each and every person’s life is so significant and valued by a Father who loves you so deeply. As this new year comes in would we see the value in life and living it to its fullness to Him who created you so beautifully.
Let's celebrate because we are made in HIS image and we get another year to live our lives through HIM!

So God created mankind in his own image. Genesis 1:27

Psalm 139:13-14 - NIV

13 For you created my inmost being;
    you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
    your works are wonderful,
    I know that full well.

Lets be good stewards of His LOVE :)

“Not I but Christ be honored,
Love, exalted;
Not I but Christ be seen, be known, be heard;
Not I but Christ in every look and action;
Not I but Christ in every thought and word”
